  • Meningococcemia + WFS + purpura fulminans + meningitis

  • Treatment: ceftriaxone 2 g q12h × 5-7d
  • Prophylaxis: cipro 500 PO × 1 (close contact)
  • Vaccine: MenACWY routine 11-12 + 16; MenB 16-23; MenABCWY (Penbraya 2023)
  • Recurrent → complement workup (CH50, AH50)
  • Eculizumab → vaccine before + antibiotic prophylaxis
