  • Pregnancy travel: avoid malaria-endemic high-risk; LA vaccines contraindicated; if must, atovaquone-proguanil (limited data) or chloroquine (sensitive area)
  • Immunocompromised: 無法 yellow fever (LA犁); 倚劑 typhoid Vi, Hep A, etc.
  • Children: age-appropriate dosing; doxycycline avoid < 8; mefloquine OK > 5 kg
  • Elderly + comorbid: pre-travel cardiology eval if cardiac history
