  • Centor: tonsil exudate, tender ant cervical LAP, fever, no cough; 3-4 → RADT/cx
  • Jones (2015): carditis, polyarthritis, chorea, erythema marginatum, nodules + minor

153.2.0.3 必背 — Necrotizing Fasciitis

  • 痛超出皮膚衚珟 (“pain out of proportion”) → 立刻 debridement
  • Vanco + pip-tazo + clindamycin (toxin suppress)
  • ± IVIG
  • Type I poly, Type II GAS
