• Raw oyster ingestion → primary septicemia + hemorrhagic bullae
• 海水 wound → rapid cellulitis / NF
• Emergent: doxy + ceftriaxone IV + debridement
• Mortality 25-50%+

• Self-limit gastroenteritis
