• Wheezing + tachypnea + retractions + fever
• Apnea in preterm + < 3 mo
• Supportive treatment (don’t routinely use bronchodilator/steroid)

• Pneumonia in elderly + immunocompromise
• COPD + asthma exacerbation
• Nursing home outbreaks

• High-flow nasal cannula + CPAP + ventilator
• Ribavirin limited (HSCT immunocompromise)
• No antibiotic unless bacterial superinfection
• Bronchodilator + steroid NOT routine

• Optimal vaccine + mAb target
• Conformation matters (prefusion > postfusion)
