Neuroimaging modalities: CT (acute hemorrhage, trauma, bone, calcification), MRI (definitive for most pathology), CT/MR angiography (vessels), DSA (gold standard vessels + intervention), PET (metabolism + receptor + amyloid/tau), SPECT (perfusion, dopamine), fMRI (functional cortex), DTI (white matter tracts), MRS (metabolites)；MRI sequences: T1 (anatomy) + T2 (pathology) + FLAIR (lesions) + DWI (acute stroke) + T2*/SWI (microbleeds) + post-gadolinium (enhancement) + perfusion (CBF, CBV) + MRA/MRV (vessels)；EEG for seizures, encephalopathy, brain death; EMG/NCS for neuropathy, NMJ, myopathy; LP/CSF for CNS inflammation/infection/malignancy/pressure。
